How does WEP work?
Participants in this program are placed with contracted area businesses and organizations in exchange for cash assistance and/or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. Required participants are those individuals eligible for Ohio Works First and/or Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
The program is designed to increase the employability of participants by connecting them to area employers who can help them build job skills and work experience.
